Tiny Building Keeper (ビルメンテナンス3D) is a free browser game by RYT Apps, published on itch.io on 29 October 2026. You walk through a small dollhouse-style building in first person, or switch to an overview, and fix what breaks: flickering lights, leaking pipes, stuck elevators, noisy air conditioners and clogged roof drains. Each repair is a small hands-on puzzle, 24 patterns in all.

Between repairs you run the business: rent out units, keep tenants happy, hire and train staff, stock spare parts, call contractors and get through typhoons, with a rating at the end of each month. Later you can buy an old brick annex and a building on the shopping street. A daily challenge gives everyone the same three repairs. It plays on PC and phones, in English and Japanese, and saves progress in the browser.

Why level 2: the itch.io AI disclosure lists code and text ("AI Assisted, Code, Text"). Text is part of what players read, so it is more than a development aid. Graphics and sound are not in the list.
